BOOKINGS AND PAYMENTS

Please pre-book all classes online. For in person classes book early as space is limited due to social distancing restrictions. This involves paying in full.

Classes can be purchased individually or as a class pass. All classes and class passes are non-transferable and non-refundable. Five class passes expire two months after purchase.
Bookings are all made online at www.kathrynmyoga.com and no cash will be taken by Kathryn. By booking a class, you automatically agree to these terms and conditions.

All class participants must be 18 years or over. All under-18s require written consent from a parent and or legal guardian to come to a class, workshop or event at the studio.

Prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to amend prices and printing errors.
The same terms and conditions apply for online classes via Zoom

Cancellations

All class cancellations must be made at least 2 hours before class starts. If you do not cancel before this time, then there is no refund for single class payments or on class passes. In the case of workshops, we operate a 24 hour cancellation policy. As a small business, this policy is necessary in order for me to operate. Thank you for your understanding.

If Kathryn has to cancel a class, course, workshop or event,  either a full refund will be offered/or the class will not be taken off your pass.

Be aware that the timetable may change. Refunds will not be offered on class passes because of this.

Kathryn may have to change the services she provides to reflect Government advice, laws and regulatory requirements. If Government advice is to stop in-person classes due to the risk of Covid-19, classes will continue online. Any outstanding classes on a pass will be used for online classes.  No refund or extension will be given.

Attending a class/workshop with Kathryn denotes the acceptance of the risk associated with all forms of physical exercise, before, during and after class.

Kathryn will not be held liable for any injury or harm resulting in participation in classes or any damage of loss of personal property.  Kathryn does not exclude her liability for death or personal injury caused by her negligence, but otherwise excludes all liability to students attending classes.
