New years eve Practice - Breathe, Centre, Radiate

Ill be teaching again this year at the ‘Collective cork’ studio in the Triskel arts centre on new years eve for a practice. Id love if you joined me and it always such a nice time to come together and even go for coffees later ! Mark off time in your calendar for Wednesday 31st 11am-12:45pm. Feel your grounding, connection to breath, strength, radiate and feel expansion. Move into flexibility and confidence on the mat.  Level up and keep coming back for more in 2026.

Its been a tough year for lots so lets see if we can create enough resilience to start 2026 with hope and strength.
