An Online 4 week Yoga & Meditation starts March 11th
A four-week offering designed to help you settle, reemerge from winter, and reconnect as we move from winter into early spring. I really feel the need to pull myself out from this long winter. Moving some of that stagnant energy from the dark winter days can really help shift our energy and move into thriving.
Each week you will get:
A midweek meditation & breathwork class.
A weekend morning yoga practice to move stagnant energy, emerge from winter and start to feel positive about the coming months.
What’s included:
Wednesdays | 7:00–7:45pm Meditation & Breathwork 45min class
A midweek pause to support tiredness, burnout, and feeling mentally full.
This practice meets you exactly where you are.
Sundays | 9:30am–10:15am Yoga themed sequence 45min class
A chance to move, adapt, feel stronger, and open the body with steadiness and ease.

Week 1 – Settling the Body, Establishing the Ground
Roots, legs, and standing poses
Week 2 – Breath as Renewal, Opening Space
Spine, stability, side bends, and twists
Week 3– Energy Circulation & Recharging
Gentle inversions and whole-body integration
Week 4 – Open Heart, Clarity & Ease
Bridges, backbends, shoulders
