‘Sunday Series’ Classes

Join me for three  ‘Sunday Series’ Classes designed to help you integrate somatic awareness, awaken inner fluidity, and reconnect with your natural rhythm through a slow but strong flow. Through mindfulness, movement, breath, and rest, we’ll explore the body —learning to move like water, feel ease, and soften our resistance.

You can come to my ‘Sunday Series’ in person or on ZOOM  for three classes over the next few months or come to one class ! If you cant join me Tuesdays come to my class on these Sunday dates.

Explore heart-opening vinyasa practice with spinal fluidity

including a floor flow and somatic movement

September 14th – Reclaim Your Center

Ground into your core and reconnect to inner stability

Transitional yogasana flow with pelvic/sacral awareness

Somatic movement for balance and rooted presence

October 12th – Spinal Unwinding Flow

Release deep tension in hips, shoulders, and spine

Slow but strong, continuous movement for whole-body openness

Ending with restorative poses, nervous system reset , relaxation, and closing reflection
